    Some of the world’s largest food manufacturers will meet with industry suppliers to talk about design and logistics in sustainable packaging solutions. Sustainability will be the hot topic at this year’s The Packaging Conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando, FL.  Big players in food manufacturing, like PepsiCo and Kraft Foods will be in attendance Feb 3-5 listening to a keynote address from Heinz. The conference will revolve heavily around environmental issues and how becoming more sustainable will increase the number of returning customers while reaping the benefits of overhead savings. Suppliers planning to attend the conference include: TricorBraun, Hexacomb, and Belvac. Belvac execs will speak to the conference in a seminar addressing advances in can shaping and metal bottle technology. TricorBraun’s Chief Creative Officer will discuss how to become more innovative with packaging.
