Modern food processors can produce many different products on a single production line and each product may have its own set of challenges. Since only 1 combination system (metal detector and checkweigher) is typically used on a line it must be able to ada pt with current and future product changes.

Solution

Anritsu’s SSV series checkweighers and combinations systems can be set to Conveyor Mode for either the checkweigher or metal detector (if a combination system is used). Conveyor Mode allows the system to act as a conveyor only for that given product.

Anritsu’s SSV series checkweighers and combinations systems have been designed to be very flexible with many capabilities built into the standard design. With that flexibility in mind, most settings are controlled by product to handle each product s unique requirement.
