Rinse/Foam/Sanitize (RFS) Systems
Central High Pressure

The Sani-Matic Impact RFS (Rinse/Foam/Sanitize) system is an integrated solution to provide boosted pressure for effective spray impact without aerosols, controlled chemical mixing and foam application, and final sanitizer dispensing if desired.

The systems are engineered to provide flexible, manual operator stations or automated, fixed foam and spray application to large, accessible pieces of process equipment.

The Manual RFS System is designed to operate in a stand-by mode, so that when an operator opens any of the spray guns, flow is sensed and the Main Station pump automatically turns on. If all the spray guns are off, the pump will automatically turn off after a timed delay. The operator handles a single hose and gun with simple quick-connect nozzles and switch at the wall unit to change between Rinse, Foam, and Sanitize processes.

The Automatic RFS Cleaning System controls multiple zones of spray manifolds to sequence cleaning steps automatically on specific process equipment or a production line. Each automatic system is custom designed to suit the application.

Central High Pressure systems are equipped with a water reservoir tank so the proper flow of heated water may delivered upon demand. All drop stations are piped to a "live" loop of a continuous, high pressure flow. At the drop stations, a selection of detergent, clear rinse water or sanitizer is chosen. Detergent is mixed with air and injected into the flow for application as a foam. Following the rinse treatment, sanitizer may be injected for the final cleaning treatment.
