Product Sheet: Central High Pressure Systems Rinse/Foam/Sanitize

Single pump systems supply 30 to 120 gpm flow to support 6 to 24 active drop stations, operating at 5 gpm per station. Operating pressure is intended to be 550 psi. Tank sizing is appropriate to the delivery of the pump, heating requirements and water supply capability.

Dual pump systems are engineered to supply high volume at peak times and operate more efficiently at times of lower demand. The control system turns the second pump on and off in order to adjust to the fluctuating supply demands at the drop stations. By managing the the second pump, pump wear and electrical consumption is minimized.
