In Part Three of FSMA Fridays: What The FDA's FSMA Guidance Is Telling Us, SafetyChain Software's VP of Marketing, Jill Bender, discussed with the Acheson Group's Dr. David Acheson the FDA's recently released FSMA guidance documents and what they are telling the food industry. Here, in the fourth, and final portion, of the series, the duo will continue their conversation.

Jill: We are at the bottom of the hour. We’ve had a few questions come in. I know, Dave, you’re in between flights. Do you have about five or ten more minutes to stay on with us?

David: Yes, most certainly I do, of course.

Jill: Okay. I appreciate that. Let me go ahead and dive into some of the questions here. First, a call out. It looks like we did get an answer to appendix four, from Nora. Thank you. It says that it’s listed as coming soon, and will be on sanitation and hygienic donning, is what she’s mentioned.

David: Oh, excellent. Thank you, Norah. I did see what it was on, I just couldn’t find it. I couldn’t find it because it’s not there yet. Thank you for confirming that one, it makes me feel less stupid.

Jill: Or less crazy, right? Thank you, Norah. I have a couple questions. One’s a little bit different from what we’ve been talking about, but I’ll go ahead and throw it at you, David, if you don’t mind. One specific, too, it sounds like this might be a dairy products company. Let me go ahead and read the question.
