Jill: Welcome to FSMA Fridays, we are delighted to be hosting our latest installment. We're going to get some FSMA updates, but also focus this discussion on the top risks around environmental monitoring and controls. My name is Jill Bender, VP of Marketing at SafetyChain.

We have Dr. David Acheson of TAG with us. Welcome and good morning, David. How are you?

David: I'm doing well, thank you. I hope everyone is also well and thanks for joining us.

Jill: Absolutely. Share with us: Did we have a busy month, FSMA-wise? What's going on?

David: Well, not a lot new coming out on the latest on FSMA. I think as a general comment to everybody who joins us, what we'd be very interested in is learning some of your experiences of what you're getting from FSMA. I will share a story, which I think shares some of the challenges.
