Hayward Gordon supplies peristaltic and circumferential piston-type pumps used in the production process for delicate handling of ingredients. We successfully pump yeast, diatomaceous earth, mash, and provide injection packages for preservatives, colors, and flavors.

The number of dairy products available in the marketplace has exploded in the past 50 years. Consumers are trying – and buying – new, inventive, innovative products that taste good, provide health benefits, are readily available, and can be easily transported.

Scott Turbon® Laboratory Mixers are designed small scale production and pilot-plant use. These mixers are ideal for testing prior to large scale manufacturing.

The Hydraulic Ram (HR) Mixers are designed and built for full scale production. Its adjustable mixer height allows for a variety of batch sizes and viscosities.

The Scott Turbon® Turbo Dixie Mixer is capable of mixing highly viscous products such as peanut butter as well as loose emulsions that can be finished with the HSM Inline Mixer. The flow characteristics provide medium shear with maximum flow.

Scott Turbon® Top Mounted Mixers are designed to rapidly disperse, dissolve, hydrate, and de-agglomerate processes for a broad range of industries and applications.

Scott Turbon® Bottom Mounted Mixers are designed for difficult mixing applications. They offer all of the high shear features of the Top Mounted Mixers with the added benefit of saving overhead space while increasing operator working room.

Scott Turbon® Inline Mixers provide efficient and reliable high shear milling. The HSP/HSM Inline series will rapidly disperse, dissolve, hydrate, de-agglomerate, disintegrate, homogenize, and emulsify the most difficult ingredients. These mixers can pump low viscosity products eliminating the need for a transfer or circulation pump.

Scott Turbon® packages the ideal tank, mixer, electrical controls, and optional discharge pumps into an engineered mixing module.

Scott Turbon® Vacuum Mixing Systems successfully reduce batching times while increasing the consistency and quality of finished products by reducing entrained air.

Scott Turbon® Laboratory, Top Mounted, and Hydraulic Ram Mixers can be fitted with additional mixing technology for more efficient processing of thick products.
