The PSA series of AC brushless servo motors combines the higher torque advantage of a traditional slotted stator with a patented rotor design. According to the supplier, this results in a virtually cog free brushless servo motor with excellent smoothness, controllability and torque output. PSAs are available in IEC frames, wound for 230 or 400 VAC and with rated torque from 0.76–20.9 Nm.
