Eagle’s Pack 400 HC provides superior contamination detection and automatic rejection of the following foreign objects in the Food, Meat and Pet Food industries:
- Glass shards (including glass contamination within glass containers)
- Metal fragments (including metal within foil and metalized film packaging)
- Mineral stone
- Some plastic and rubber compounds
- Calcified bone
The x-ray inspection system is suitable for products in the following packaging types:
- Plastic containers
- Cartons/boxes
- Pouches
It provides 400 mm of detection coverage at the belt and is capable of high-speed imaging up to 60 meters per minute (200 FPM).
