The ColorMaster II optical belt sorter, designed with infrared or CCD camera technology, is for wet, dry and frozen products. The Model CMII500DE features proprietary color plus infrared sorting technology that allows for easy
removal of foreign material such as glass, wood, stones and plastic.
Model CMII500IE incorporates 8 high-resolution CCD cameras capable of detecting small defects down to 0.4 mm. Four cameras at the top and four cameras at the bottom ensure that the total surface of the product is inspected.

• Advanced Windows color touch screen with 100 programs for quick product changeover
• Wash down capable for wet/frozen applications
• Optional continuous fluid film window cleaning system
