Wedgewire Screens

Industry's original automatic wedgewire screen is the Hycor Rotostrainer screen. Its ability to screen sticky, greasy solids from waste flows revolutionized the handling of total plant effluent and by-product recovery. The screen is stainless steel wedgewire and utilizes a doctor blade and spray to keep the screen surface clean.

The Rotoshear internally-fed automatic screen is a high capacity screen that's the choice for total plant effluent and improved by-product recovery. Heavy duty models are available for heavy solids loading. A "medlow" style headbox was designed for food processing applications and handles heavy and/or large solids in medium to low flow applications.

For economic wedgewire screening, the Hydroscreen sidehill screen is a static screen, with stainless steel construction, for fibrous and non-greasy solids.
