The Douglas Model 1536-SPW Scale Parts Washer is designed to quickly and efficiently clean scale parts such as weigh and feed buckets, chutes, funnels, feed pans and other detachable items. Specialized wash racks can be loaded at the weigh station and transported to the washer for easy cleaning. Racks are available for all types and sizes of scales and are designed to protect the parts during cleaning and extend their lifetime. This powerfully efficient machine also feature pre-programmed wash times and a digital display that monitors key performance criteria and service requirements. With a typical wash/rinse cycle of just 5 minutes, clean-up is quick and economical!
