The Pallet Track System, for use in food and beverage applications, automatically records and reports end-of-line production

The Pallet Track System, for use in food and beverage applications, automatically records and reports end-of-line production and identifies each pallet load individually. The warehouse tracking system is designed to enhance the data available to processors' Management Information Systems (MIS), improving the processors' ability to monitor production, warehousing, and distribution. The system tags each pallet with a bar code that specifies the production line number, product number and code, department, date and time of production, and the number of cases loaded onto the pallet. Data is recorded in real-time via a PC that is connected to each palletizer's PLC via the Data Highway. This system makes real-time palletizer production information and data about any individual pallet available from anywhere on the corporate MIS network and from remote locations, at any time.

The tracking system can be designed to automatically print reports to meet the needs of each processor. Reports can include shift reports as well as summary reports by product, by line, and by department, while other reports can be customized into the software. PC-based programming and graphical user-interface are standard with every system.
