Source: Daiichi Jitsugyo (America), Inc.

Viswill Visual Inspection Equipment is the heart of Visionspect’s contract visual inspection system. In use for over thirty years in Japan and the United States, this equipment has proven to be more accurate than manual inspection and provides a lower cost.

With Visionspect's contract visual inspection service, you get better inspections at much lower costs.

Visionspect's contract tablet and capsule visual inspection services are for pharmaceutical companies that have high volume products but do not have the budgets or do not want to spend the capital. We will provide a machine at your facility at no charge. We will provide the operators, maintenance support, and we will maintain all of the spare parts and repair parts. This would be for at least a one year contract.

Our operators will work at the customer’s site and perform the inspection. After the inspection we will break down the machine for cleaning. The customer will perform the AQL to make sure that the machine performed to their standards. If the AQL meets their standards then they simply approve the inspection. After the customer has cleaned the parts to their cleaning standards and procedure then we will install the parts and prepare for the next inspection.

Our service offers all the advantages of automated visual inspection without the capital outlay or employee overhead. We furnish your site with Viswill (formerly Kanebo) vision systems, the industry’s premier visual inspection technology. Our skilled operators and technicians run, maintain, and service the equipment, freeing you to focus on what you do best.
