Vibra-Flex® II

The VIBRA-FLEX II from Meyer is a unique vibrated base frame conveyor. The VIBRA-FLEX II utilizes an efficient vibrated base frame design that delivers consistent sympathetic vibration to the pan through the springs. No heavy structural support is required. The VIBRA-FLEX II also features all stainless steel construction, allowing for easy washdown and an overall sanitary conveying system.

Key features of the Vibra-Flex® II include:

  • Second-generation, excited-base shaker drive
  • Economical, reliable low maintenance drive requires no lubrication
  • Isolated frame design
  • Radius bends inside trough for ease of cleaning
  • Overhead and underslung trough configurations

Vibra-Flex®

The Vibra-Flex® provides a low cost solution for effective conveying. These highly reliable conveyors feature gentle, efficient product movement. The rugged, all steel construction provides for long life. The Vibra-Flex® is ideal for a variety of applications including dry, free flowing, wet, and non-free flowing products.

Magne-Flex™

The Magne-Flex™ vibratory conveyor is ideal for dry, granular, free-flowing and non-free flowing materials. They are well suited for applications requiring frequent start-stop or where a high degree of speed control is needed. They are available in a wide range of sizes, capacities and discharge options.
