The SheaveMaster alignment tool is magnetically mounted against the side of one of the pulleys and the targets against the side of the opposite pulley.
Ludeca, Inc.aster alignment tool is magnetically mounted against the side of one of the pulleys and the targets against the side of the opposite pulley. The laser-line projected from the end of the tool will simultaneously strike all three standard magnetic targets, which allows the operator to move one of the machines until the laser-light has disappeared into the black centerline of the targets - signaling that quality alignment has been achieved.
Only one person is needed to perfectly align drives. Three standard magnetic targets are supplied with the device. Optional adjustable magnetic targets compensate for different wall thicknesses or offset sheaves.
