Westfalia Separator led the way in developing equipment for the dairy industry that meets USDA standards, with such features as special gaskets, locking rings, gap-free welding, and surface treatments. Currently there are over fifty USDA accepted Westfalia Separator clarifiers in use for many applications such as: recovery of cheese fines from whey recovery of milk solids, such as calcium phosphate preparation of whey for downstream utilization.

The MSE 300 employs our patented, gentle HydroHermetic® feed system, and promises rapid and highly accurate solids ejection. And with a capacity of 135,000 lbs/hour, the MSE 300 provides 35% more capacity than competitive products.
