Datasheet: Unitherm Infra-Red Pasteurization System

Unitherm's Infra-Red pasteurizers offer an effective surface treatment for precooked products in 45 to 60 seconds. They achieve up to a 4-log, 10,000-fold reduction in Listeria and other hard-to-kill pathogens. The intense heat achieves a high lethality rate, while the short residence time keeps the heat absorption purely superficial, eliminating need for further chilling. Products can be packaged immediately. Unitherm will test a processor's products to prove the difference that its pasteurizer can make.
