This food-grade sanitary mixer was designed to blend powders for fruit drink beverages. The blending process relies on a 200 cu. ft. mixing capacity with an overall trough length of 96" and dia. of 66". The 50 Hp. Baldor motor with Dodge main shaft reducer provide the powertrain with the required torque and horsepower to blend their product with precision. The finish is T304 SS polished to #4 Sanitary for food and drug compliance. For support this mixer has optional tubular leg supports. The product discharge valve is a 4" diameter sanitary ferrule located bottom center. The cover is a 2 piece hinged with pneumatic actuator. Miscellaneous specialty equipment includes, Rosemont product sensor, Internal spraying system with (4) fluid-driven tank washing nozzles and mechanical mainshaft seal that employs a rotor and stator to prevent migration of materials along the main shaft.
