Transfer Rollers for Conveyor Systems

The six-row powered roller transfer ensures the smooth flow of products between conveyors. Using 11.2 mm roller diameters, the powered roller transfer bridges can handle parts as small as 1.32 inches square or round. Using self-aligning magnetic couplings, roller shafts are individually driven. The design allows for quick and easy removal of the transfer bridge, and in case of a product jam, the transfer bridge will pop out to avoid damage to the conveyor unit. The transfer unit can be slave-driven off the conveyor drive shaft, or independently driven by a gear motor of its own so the unit can be used on other conveyor systems.
