Training Video

Good Manufacturing Practices is the third in a series of training videos for food industry employees. The video comes in two parts. Part one is a 20-minute drama emphasizing the importance of good manufacturing practices. Part two is a 22-minute video depiction of basic manufacturing practices illustrated with split screens of "good" and "bad" practices images. Each interactive video module is packaged in a three-ring binder and contains a VHS video tape, tips for effective training, an outline for trainee note taking, a copy of the audio script for reference, a post-test for assessing participants' comprehension, and a list of suggested reference materials.
