Tradin Organic Agriculture BV is one of Europe's largest trading companies of basic organic commodities. At the end of the 1970's Tradin's founders, Wim Rabbie and Gerard Versteegh, pioneered the market for most organic foodstuffs sold in Europe. Over the next 20 years, they gained experience at shop, distribution and production levels in the organic industry and build up an extensive worldwide network that makes Tradin today a leading import-export company in this field. With the establishment of the EEC legislation on organic food, significant expansion of the organic market commenced. As more and more food manufacturers became interested in organic foodproducts, Tradin anticipated this market increase by widening its product range.
