Suction Cups for Vacuum Applications

Used in most areas of manufacturing, suction cups are a natural complement to all vacuum pumps. The series, which covers applications including food, packaging, and pharmaceutical, includes suction cups intended for round, angled, or curved surfaces. Others are made for rough or uneven surfaces. The complete line of more than 300 types of cups is available in diameters from 0.102 in.-13.7 in.

The cups are available in 8 different materials, including: Chloroprene, for most general applications; Nitrile/Plastic, available in the larger cup diameters and used in applications where oils or lubricants are present; FDA-approved Silicone for high temperature applications and for direct contract with food products; and TPU, a plastic material that does not leave a mark on the handled product.

In addition, the suction cups feature many accessories including optional threaded fittings in five different sizes per cup. Also available are angle adapters for limited clearance, ball joints for increased lateral movement, level compensators for vertical compensation, and valve cups for fast response.
