Stationary Electric Pressure Washers In Fume-Free Configurations

Woburn, MA - Daimer Industries, Inc., recognized as of the largest providers of electric pressure washers, shipped a new series of stationary machines. The Vapor-Flo 8650 series produces high temperatures than the similarly configured 8550 stationary systems. The systems are designed for power cleaning in environments requiring fume-free operating.

"The non-portable 8650 series is manufactured for cleaning pros that need heavy duty cleaning with an electric-powered and heated power washer," explained Daimer.com's stationary technologies spokesperson, Matthew Baratta. "These all electric power washers are ideal for reoccurring cleaning applications in the same location."

Fume-Free, Fixed-Location Electric Pressure Washers

The 8650 pressure washing machines are Daimer's first non-portable systems combining 1.0 GPM flow rates, 1880 psi of maximum rated pressure and 205°F maximum temperatures. By matching this level of pressure and flow with higher temperatures, the machines offer a new option for applications, like food processing, that require heavy-duty cleaning without exhaust fumes.

Each of Daimer's 8650 electric pressure washers is equipped with a continuous drive water pump that is warrantied for 5 years. The electrically-heated machines have a stainless steel heater exchange coil. The electric pressure washers are powered by a industrial-duty 2.0 HP motor. The 60 Hz systems come configured for 440V three phase power. In addition, the power washing equipment can be purchased with 400V, 50 Hz- or 480V, 60 Hz- support.

The all electric power washers ship with stainless steel housings for durability and 32 feet of double-layer hoses designed for maximum pressure. The machines can be wall-mounted.
