This transmitter features a HART communications protocol that enables digital communication with the transmitter. This allows for self diagnostics, the setting, storage, and recall of calibration data, as well as the efficiency of a multidrop network for multiple transmitters.

    • This transmitter is suitable for applications such as offshore platforms, chemical processing, wastewater, gas transmissions, and tank farms. With digital communication, users can calibrate the transmitter by utilizing the 10 to 1 ranging capabilities as well as adjust the response times from 70 msec to 36 sec. This transmitter also has a failure mode alarm that indicates a mechanical or electrical failure.
