Shortening Plasticizing System
APV provides a series of shortening plasticizers that can process from 2,500 to 20,000 lb/hr of shortening. The plasticizers, as well as interconnecting pipework, are fabricated in stainless steel for optimum corrosion resistance and sanitary operation. Among the components of the APV shortening plasticizer is the APV Parascrape Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger which maximizes cooling efficiency and ensures uniform product consistency.
