Series 2400 2.2 Radius Belt

The Series 2400 2.2 Radius Belt conveys products around corners as tight as 2.2 times the belt width as well as straight runs. The belt's strength and ability to turn allows plant operators to run a single, continuous conveyor belt, eliminating potential product-damaging transfer points.

With substantial belt strength on turns and straight runs, and a deck thickness of ½", the belt performs well even in demanding packaged and bulk product applications. Belt pitch is 1 inch (25.4 mm). The flush grid surface allows for smooth side transfers of even delicate products. The 42% open area and straight-through openings facilitate cleaning. Opening size is approximately .35 inches (9 mm) by .3 inches (7.6 mm).

The belt is ideal for use in many general food processing applications. The durability and easy to clean design make it well suited for meat and poultry's raw and packaged product applications. The belt also excels in cooling lines - especially those handling fat-free products that require longer cooling times.
