See Waldner Filling & Sealing Machines With Servo Technology

Butter Packaging Line: DOSOMAT 12.3 with End-of-line Packaging System
The DOSOMAT 12.3 is a 3-lane rotary machine for filling butter and margarine. A combiner feeds the product into the machine. Different cup formats are filled. They are fed into the machine by a buffer magazine. Closures include applying a fresh leaflet onto the cup, a sealing lid, and finally a snap-on-lid. The machine is equipped with a laminar airflow cabinet. The cups are then packed into cartons by a state of the art WADLNER wrap-around packer. 14 different carton formats are available on this machine.

Gourmet Salads: DOSOMAT 1.2
2-lane rotary machine for different cup formats for filling gourmet salads on a mayonnaise base into plastic cups, closure by alumunium sealing lids. Includes head space gassing and dosing system in CIP execution.

Soups: DOSOMAT 10.3 with Waldner UnimatDosing System
3-lane rotary machine for filling soups with particulates into plastic cups with different heights. Closure is snap-on/tamper-evident lid. Agitator with hopper ensures even product distribution. The machine is equipped with two movable dosing units, the WALDNER UNIMAT, which are applied alternately.

Hot-Fill Soups: DOSOMAT 1.2
2-lane rotary machine for hot filling soups into plastic cups with closure by PET sealing lid. The machine is equipped with a heatable hopper.
