See Waldner Cup Filling & Sealing Machines With Latest Servo Technology
The following Waldner Dosomat High Speed Rotary and Inline Cup Filling and Sealing Machines are presently assembled in the Waldner factory in Germany. It's the perfect time to plan a visit to Waldner to see these machines in operation. Each model and configuration is described below as well as the dates the systems will be available.
DOSOMAT 20.8 AS – High Performance Servo Driven Machine with Integrated Case Packer and Carton Erector
8-lane inline machine with laminar airflow tunnel for filling dairy products, desserts and similar products into single chamber and double chamber cups. The plastic cups are closed with an aluminium foil lid and additional snap-on-lid. The machine is equipped with several dosing stations and corresponding filling hoppers. Automatic cup feeding is done through a linear magazine.
The filled and closed cups are directly transferred from the DOSOMAT machine to the WALDNER Case Packer and packed in a 4x3 = 12 cups arrangement. The flat carton blanks are taken out of a magazine, then folded and glued by a WALDNER Carton Erector.
Capacity: Between 16,000 – 20,000 cups/hour

DOSOMAT 20.3 – Servo Inline
3-lane inline machine with laminar airflow cabinet for filling various fresh cheeses, desserts or similar products. The plastic cups are closed with an aluminium foil lid and additional snap-on-lid. A paper film is inserted directly before the cups are filled. This paper film is sterilized by a UVC radiator. Automatic cup feeding is done through a linear magazine. Different dosing systems and product vessels are mounted on the machine.
Capacity: Up to 7,000 cups/hour

DOSOMAT 12.4 Servo
Rotary machine for filling butter into 250 g plastic cups. Cups are closed by sealing a foil lid and additional plastic snap-on-lid. A paper film is put directly onto the product. A product pump conveys product to the compensation cylinder for constant pressure into the dosing system. This machine features a CIP system.
Capacity: Up to 10,000 cups/hour

DOSOMAT 20.5 with Downstream WALDNER Wrap-Around Packer
5-lane inline servo machine designed for two different format sizes (round and rectangular cups), with optional third format size. Application is filling margarine into 250 g and 500 g plastic cups. Cups are closed by an aluminium foil lid and additional snap-on-lid. The product is directly conveyed from the combiner into the compensation cylinder. This machine features a CIP system.
From the DOSOMAT machine the cups are transferred in 5 lanes to the WALDNER Wrap-Around-Packer and packed into the cartons in a 2x5 = 10 cups arrangement with 1, 2 or 4 layers.
Capacity: Up to 14,000 cups/hour
