See High Performance Cup Filling Machinery At Upcoming Anuga Food Tech Exhibition

Please be advised WALDNER will be exhibiting at the upcoming Anuga Food Tech Exhibition in Cologne, Germany, March 27 - 30, 2012 in Hall 7.1, Booth B051/B059. Waldner will showcase the following machines:

DOSOMAT 20.8 Inline High Performance Machine with Integrated Packer
Capacity up to 14,000 cups per hour
For filling yogurt and dairy products into plastic cups. The cups are closed by heat sealing an aluminium lid and additional snap-on lidding. The machine is fed by a linear buffer magazine. A laminar airflow hood covers the filling and closing area. There are grippers inside the machine which place the closed cups into plastic trays in an arrangement of 4 x 3. The trays are then discharged on a conveyor belt.

DOSOMAT 12.5 Servo Machine
Capacity up to 12,000 cup per hour
5-lane rotary machine for filling fresh cheese into oval plastic cups. The cups are closed by heat sealing an aluminum lid. A publicity leaflet is placed onto the lid before the cups are finally closed by a snap-on lid. Due to a quick-release system the cup formats can be changed easily. The machine is equipped with a closed hopper and complete CIP system.

Waldner's Process Systems division will show a new and very modern pilot plant which can be used for process developments and also for processes in a pilot plant's scale. This plant is appropriate for cooking, defrosting and gentle mixing processes and serves to produce various food preparations. After the trade show this plant will be available in our technical center for tests or can be rented by customers for a certain period.

On the stand of ROBOTIK-PACKLINE in Hall no. 8 - C10 Waldner will also exhibit a small rotary machine, type DOSOMAT 1.1 which is integrated in a complete line. This machine is equipped with the latest packaging sterilization system "Claranor Pulse Light."
