Dresser Instrument Divisioncroft Type 1036 in-line sanitary pressure gauge and Type 1037 sanitary instrument fitting by Dresser Instrument virtually eliminate process deadleg that can cause contamination.

The design of the sanitary gauge and instrument fitting allows the diaphragm of the gauge to be positioned at the gauge instrument fitting eliminating the typical pocket, or deadleg, where contamination can form.

A 1 1/2 inch Tri-Clover-type mating connection allows technicians to use the Type 1036 gauge and 1037 instrument fitting on process piping ranging in size from 1/2-inch to two inches.

The sanitary pressure gauge can be autoclaved or sterilized and cleaned (CIP) or steamed in place (SIP). The gauge comes standard with True Zero pointer indication. This means the gauge has no stop pin. The gauge pointer always indicates a true pointer reading.

The gauge also has a PowerFlex internal movement for extended life and an Easy Zero external pointer adjustment feature. It has an all-welded, 300 series stainless steel Bourdon tube and a field liquid-fillable gauge case. The gauge retrofits the Anderson Instrument CPM design. The face is 3 1/2 inches and accuracy is 1.5% F.S. for pressure ranges 100 psi and above and 2.0% for vacuum, compound and ranges below 100 psi.

The sanitary instrument fitting features 316L SS construction with an electropolished 12 to 20RA internal surface finish. The heat number is stamped on each fitting.
