This stainless steel, sanitary batch mixer was designed for drink mix aplications. The U-shaped trough has a 100 cu.ft. mixing capacity and 10 ft. long by 42" in diameter interior. Other features include cover with bag dump system with grates/switches/air pickups, welded arms and welded paddle blades.
