Since 1977, Sani-Weld has been a leading provider of custom fabrication services. After a few years of installing systems throughout the mid-south and mid-west we saw the need for a sanitary fabrication organization. While we were involved in assembling and installing process systems, we were invariably waiting on the delivery of manufactured components. The delayed deliveries to our customers in the food and dairy industry held up production time for our customers. Seeing a need for fabricated components, Sani-Weld decided to take positive action by using our experience and knowledge of the industry and customer requirements and open its first manufacturing facility. To accommodate the growing demands of our industry, we have made major improvements to our facility by expanding from a 3,000 square foot building to 16,000 square feet. Sani-Weld is located on the north side of Houston with easy access to the major highways and Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Our state of the art facility is equipped with CNC controlled machines and welding equipment capable of fabricating the highest quality products required in the industrial market. We provide metal finishes from sand-blasting all the way to electropolished surfaces. Sani-Weld provides an on-site machine shop fulfilling whatever machining is required on a particular project. By structuring Sani-Weld with manufacturing and installation capabilities, we are able to offer quicker turn around times and better control of your projects. Our service crew and plant personnel work hand-in-hand to ensure your projects are handled with the utmost efficiency and quality control.
Our work load consists of many types of fabrication from sanitary piping, light gauge sheet metal, heavy plate, structural projects and architectural fabrication.
