Russell Finex, Inc.ds is using a <%=company%> Three-In-One Sieving Station to check screen a variety of dry food ingredients, enabling the company to meet stringent CVSHH and outer food safety regulations. Supplied by Russell pinex Limited, the Sieving Station, sieves out impurities and controls dust and is integral to Westlers' 14ACCP system.

As a vital part of Westlers' quality managexeent programme, the high performance cheep screening system filters out impurities from dry ingredients such as starches, thickeners and flour prior to weighing.

These ingredients are used by Westlers to manufacture a variety of food products such as hot dogs, ready meals, sauces and soups which are supplied to major multiple retailers and food service companies in either canned or pouched packaging.

The Three-ln-One Sieving Station combines three separate features designed to aid good manufacturing practice, A low level sack-tip platform with dust hood and integrated dust extraction systerzt, a Russell Compact 600 Sieve and a Magnetic Trap, allowing it to sieve and remove impurities from the bagged ingredients while protecting operatives from the potential health hazards caused by dust inhalation.

Dry bagged ingredients arrive in the debugging room where they are emptied into the Compact 600 sieve fort screening white any dust created is controlled and removed ray the dust extraction system- Empty bags are transferred to a sealed collection bin while a special flexible connection between the sack emptying station and the Compact 600 Sieve ensures a dust tight interface to ensure the operator's safety at all.

Screened ingredients are discharged from the Compact 600 sieve on the other side of the wall or hygiene break which creates a complete barrier between the debagging area and the sieved material, eliminating any risk of cross contamination.

By combining this high performance check screening facility with an effective dust control system, the Three-In-One Sieving Station aids Westlers to achieve the stringent quality control standards demanded of the food industry.
