N/A32 was designed to handle tasks from inventory management to product pricing, presenting information to the user in an easy-to-use format. Information is displayed in tables that the user navigates using on-screen buttons. Notebooks arrange related information on pages.

The software manages route inventory from the time the trucks are loaded, through check-in, to daily settlement. The flexible design of the inventory features allow their use with routes that operate from remote locations and reconcile inventory on a less-frequent basis. The software also tracks customer inventory in up to four separate locations, sums the counts and suggests a sale quantity based on the established built-up for each item.

The customer's signature can be electronically captured on the touch screen; by storing it along with the invoice data in the database, the volume of paper required to provide proof of delivery is reduced. The signature data can be recalled to produce a copy of the invoice at any time.
