The Gamajet V is a fluid-driven, rotary tank cleaning machine designed to fit through small passageways
The Gamajet V is a fluid-driven, rotary tank cleaning machine designed to fit through small passageways and to clean smaller vessels (distances up to 20 ft). It revolves 360° in both the horizontal and vertical planes, with synchronized solid jets providing a tight and thorough scouring pattern on the inside tank surfaces in just one complete cycle. Its horizontal and vertical rotation patterns are interlocked and controlled by gears, not by any reaction forces. A choice of nozzle sizes and lengths, turbines and gear speeds offer a range of flow rates, pressures and wash cycle times.

Weighing 7 lbs and measuring less than 9 in., the machine features an impeller and final shafts that are plasma-sprayed with a chromium oxide coating on stainless steel for increased wear resistance. Main body castings are protected by replaceable 316-L SS cups for extended frictional wear life.

Additional features:

  • Pattern coverage: 1 ½° dual nozzle, 1° triple nozzle
  • Gear ratios: Fast, medium (standard) and slow planetary gearheads are supplied
  • Nozzles: 0.187 in. standard, with other sizes available upon request
  • Static seals: O-ring materials are selected for each application
  • Dynamic seals: Rotary shaft and housing seals are spring loaded, double-lipped and made of PTFE
