Automatic machines type "RLD-230" has been designed in order to detect faulty aerosol containers on the production or filling line, and to satisfy the continuously growing productive needs, and quality control. In order to carry out this series, we made use of our experience matured in 20 years of continuous research in micro leak control sector. The technical details adopted give top priority to reliability and checking precision, simplicity of use, maintenance and energy consumption. The heads rise and fall via closed cam movement which assures perfect insertion of containers independent of rotary speed (difficult to achieve with other systems) and thus avoiding small breakage's on the neck and their subsequent rejection.
Control System
The control system consists in the closing of aerosol containers and the subsequent pressurisation inside them. At the end of the cycle, of adjustable duration according to specific requirements, one can verify if a loss of pressure occurred. The machine controls contemporary possible leaks inside containers as well as imperfect formations of the neck, in order to avoid a leakage of the liquid in the following filling phase. The system is completely operated by a microprocessor which, controls the test parameters of each head in real time, and compares them continuously with the given data. The machine is equipped with a self-checking system of heads able to survey their efficiency. At the end of the control cycle, containers that result faulty are automatically ejected from the production line. These machines can be inserted with no problem in already existing filling or production lines.
