RISCO USA Will Introduce The RS191 Vegetable Casing Line
RISCO USA will introduce the RS191 vegetable casing line to the U.S. marketplace at the Worldwide Food Expo. This new system enables a wide range of sausage links to be automatically portioned, enrobed in a vegetable casing and placed in a tray for final packoff.
The vegetable casing creates a seamless, clip-free and perfectly-shaped product with a minimum of handling. It dries quickly to a clear, taste-free coating that showcases the sausage perfectly. The vegetable-based material gives the "snap" and mouth feel of top quality natural casings without the added cost or handling.
A central microprocessor controls the continuous process, utilizing a single stuffer and tray denester for economical production. The entire system can be managed by one operator.
Also on display will be a variety of RISCO RS series vacuum stuffers designed for fast and effective filling/portioning of meat and poultry, Using a Risco stuffer will ensure that you get a competitive advantage by increasing yields, reducing losses by give-away and inaccurate portion control, reducing downtime, maintenance and operating costs.
This is achieved by fitting every stuffer with the patented RISCO long life product pump. The unique design of this stainless steel vane cell pump incorporates a compensation system which keeps the pump set in perfect operating tolerance, automatically. This removes the need for regular manual adjustment, while guaranteeing the best in portion accuracy and product quality.
With no metal to metal wear on parts, there are no expensive parts to replace during its operational life if the simple maintenance is carried out.
A standard microprocessor control and auxiliary drive ensures future compatibility and expandability, while the RISCO five year meat pump warranty guarantees durability
RISCO USA will also show Double D Food Engineering's Revoband Char Grilling/Searing and Bar Marking Unit with a new high velocity burner. The unique gas-fired, high velocity burner can increase throughput on a relatively small footprint at a much lower capital cost.
A controlled flame char grills or sears both sides of the product at the same time, enhancing both the taste and appearance of a wide range of foods including cooked meats, chicken and chicken portions, sausages, and ground meat patties. The direct flame, gas-fired Revoband Char Grilling Unit can be custom built to suit exact user specifications. The Revoband Char Grilling/Searing and Bar Marking Unit will be on display with the in line oven.
