Retort Basket Loading and Unloading Equipment

Allpax Products, Inc.f retort basket loading and unloading equipment is designed to provide low cost, repeatable container loading and unloading technology with varying levels of automation. The X-Series offers food processors four models: from an operator-assist workstation (the 100-X model), to a fully automated loading and unloading system that requires no operator intervention (400-X model).

The 400-X is the top-of-the-line loading and unloading model in the series. It is Automated Batch Retort System (ABRS)-ready, with automated basket infeed loading and ejection, integrated with conveyors that link to the shuttle or drone basket transport system. The 300-X is the lowest priced, fully automated loading and unloading model, and features advanced PLC controls, color, touchscreen operator panel, and automated pick-and-place divider sheet / rack capability. The 200-X model offers an automated container layer pattern forming zone, an automated double-door sweepbox module, with pushbutton controls. The divider sheet placement is operator assisted.

The machines are constructed from 304 stainless and name brand, high-quality, off-the-shelf components - like Intralox for the conveyor-feed belting. For the machines with advanced controls, the customer can specify either Allen-Bradley PLC's or SteepleChase VLC's. The machines' software is supported with on-line, instant-access modem support.
