Ralcorp Holdings Completes Purchase of Sugar Kake Cookie

Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Bremner, Inc. completed the purchase of Sugar Kake Cookie Inc., a privately held cookie manufacturer located in Tonawanda, NY. Sugar Kake will be operated as part of Ralcorp's Bremner, Inc. cracker and cookie industry.

Sugar Kake manufacturers sandwich cream cookies, as well as both fig bars and shortbread cookies.

Ralcorp is a manufacturer of private label ready-to-eat cereals, crackers, cookies, and snack nuts, as well as producer of Beech-Nut branded baby food.
