Ralcorp Holdings Completes Martin Gillet & Co. Purchase

Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. has completed the purchase of Martin Gillet & Co., Inc., a leading private label manufacturer of mayonnaise and pourable, shelf-stable salad dressings.

Martin Gillet maintains its general offices and a manufacturing facility in Baltimore, MD, with additional plants in Kansas City, KS, and Los Angeles, CA.

Ralcorp is a leading manufacturer of private label ready-to-eat and hot cereals, crackers and cookies, and snack nuts. The acquisition of Martin Gillet represents Ralcorp's further penetration into other consumer categories.
