Radiant Wall Oven
The Radiant Wall Oven (RWO) offers high-speed technology for the 21st century. Unlike conventional ovens that can take up to 15 minutes to brown meats, poultry, or fish, the RWO can do the job in less than a minute. Using infrared energy, the RWO delivers faster browning with reduced shrinkage and increased color uniformity and consistency. Since it removes less moisture to establish surface browning, the RWO outputs quality, every time.
The RWO delivers superior product in less time due to the radiant tube's ultra high operating temperature (1000 degrees F to 1450 degrees F). Higher temperatures produce increased yields. And because heat exposure time is drastically cut and throughput is increased, less shrinkage occurs with greater yield. Cooling's also a snap due to reduced dwell time.
The Radiant Wall Oven takes up less floor space than standard thermal oven lines. Measuring 7 feet wide and 18 feet long, the RWO offers a total heating zone of almost 9 feet. Best yet the RWO can easily fit into any system solution.
