Quality Control System

The Quality/SPC system provides support for tracking product on hold, customer complaints, and statistical process control.
The Quality/SPC system provides support for tracking product on hold, customer complaints, and statistical process control. Although it can function as a stand-alone module, it works best when used in conjunction with the Production Reporting system as it can then be used to print product assembly control documents. This system provides a wide variety of summary reports that allow analysis of customer complaints by product, by customer, by distributor, by date range, or by complaint category. Production measurements of SPC control points can also be entered to provide statistical summaries by product, by line, or by shift for any date range desired.

A new feature unique to this system is the HACCP Processing module. This feature provides the ability to enter critical control point definitions and recommended actions. A HACCP log function records test results and monitors whether the results are within required limits, and displays correction requirements when needed.
