Product Launch; MPI's Beltless Magnetic Conveyors Go Hi-G

Magnetic Products, Inc. (MPI), is excited to announce its new line of Hi-G Beltless Magnetic Conveyors (BLMs)! MPIs Hi-G range is a line of specially selected products that have been enhanced to provide:

• Hi-Gravity- Superior attraction to hold onto tramp metals

MPI’s BLM Hi-G conveyors efficiently transport ferrous metal, stampings, turnings, chips, fasteners, scrap and more! Built for maintenance-free operation, MPI’s BLM Hi-G conveyors have no external moving components except for the drive motor assembly, eliminating the issue of scrap entering and damaging the conveyor belt. Magnets move within the sealed conveyor housing and objects travel along the nonmagnetic stainless steel conveyor bed. The interior magnet material assemblies are UHMW wrapped to eliminate “metal-on-metal” friction and an internal oil bath lubricates all moving parts for quiet, trouble-free operation. The unique design also reduces the weight of the magnet assemblies by 50% to further increase working life.

MPI BLM Hi-G conveyors also feature an internal self-adjusting take-up system that eliminates the need for time-consuming fine-tuning of mechanics. Each unit also has stainless steel tracking on curved conveyor parts that provide additional support to the chain resulting in further reliability and longevity.
