Sani-Matic Rack Washers are custom engineered to clean product carriers such as racks, trees, cages, and trucks, which are conveyed on overhead rail or floor casters. The washers are designed with oscillating high-impact spray manifolds to ensure all carrier surfaces are reliably cleaned, removing difficult residues often found in smoked meat or bakery applications. Cleaning solutions are recirculated to provide water, chemical and utility savings, and the cabinet contains vapors and condensate to protect workers and food production areas. The carriers can be manually loaded into the washer and cleaned as a batch, or a continuous system can be designed.
