Norton Performance Plastics Corporationted from ether-based polyurethane resins and reinforced for elevated working pressures, Tygothane Pressure Tubing is designed to provide performance in physically demanding applications. The tubing offers abrasion and tear resistance, and remains flexible and stable in sub-zero temperatures. It meets all FDA and NSF 51 and 61 criteria for food and potable water contact, and can be used in applications requiring a tight bend radius. Available in large-bore stock sizes, typical uses for this tubing include food and cosmetic processing, abrasive and viscous slurry transfer, lubrication and degreaser dispensing, pellet and powder transfer, pneumatic sensory devices, instrumentation control lines, and coolant recovery systems.
