This sanitary positive displacement pump line for the food processing industry provides low shear, powerful suction, low pulsation, and easy maintenance, according to the supplier. A sinusoidal rotor maintains product integrity and appearance as it transports product through the pump. The 3-A approved pump is suitable for numerous shear sensitive food and beverage applications, including soups, deli salads, sauces, chocolate, fruit fillings, cottage cheese and juice concentrates. The product line also features a lower-flow pump for smaller sanitary applications, as well as a larger pump with flows to 400 gpm for more demanding production needs.
