Plate Freezers

N/Ay offers both horizontal and vertical plate freezers. The vertical plate freezers are suitable for offal or viscous products such as orange juice. Using refrigerated plates the product is quickly frozen in blocks. After each freezing cycle, the plate freezer is automatically defrosted. The horizontal plate freezers are suitable for packaged products such as vegetables or fish fillets. Packages are placed in stainless steel containers for quick deep-freezing.
