Frigoscandia Equipment0 Packaged Plate Freezer System is a compact, self-contained system featuring a horizontal plate freezer equipped with a Sabroe two-stage compressor, condenser, a liquid separator, complete piping and wiring, temperature control and all necessary safety devices.

The units are available with 6–10 freezing stations for handling a variety of production requirements, and are suited for applications on land or sea. Products that are packaged, like vegetables, shrimp, seafood, surimi and ice cream, are well suited for the horizontal plate freezer's efficient heat transfer, according to the supplier.
