Peter Dunn Named President and CEO of Borden Foods
Borden Foods Corporation (Columbus, Ohio) has named Peter M. Dunn president and chief operating officer of the company. Borden Foods is a Borden, Inc. affiliate producing pasta, pasta sauce and other grocery products in the United States and internationally.
Dunn, 42, spent from 1981 through 1993 with General Foods and Kraft General Foods, and has been with Borden since then. Most recently, he served as vice president and general manager of the Borden Foods Signature Flavor business unit.

The announcement was made by C. Robert Kidder, chairman and CEO of Borden, Inc., who has been named to the additional position of Chairman of Borden Foods.
After receiving his AB from Harvard College, Dunn earned an MBA from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business in 1981. He joined General Foods as an assistant brand manager in its Maxwell House Division, progressed through a series of marketing positions with the Kraft General Foods Oscar Mayer unit, and in 1992 was promoted to general manager of the KGF's Claussen Pickle Company.
